Why we don't sell organic coffee

(English only)

At Le French Roast, transparency matters. Many of the small farms we source from already use organic farming practices — no pesticides, shade-grown coffee, and environmentally responsible methods.

So why no organic certification? Because certification is expensive and often inaccessible for small producers. Instead of paying for a logo, they invest in fair wages, better processing, and higher quality beans.

We choose coffee based on flavor, terroir, and sustainable farming methods, not bureaucracy. This way, we support growers who work in harmony with nature, even if they can’t afford official certification.

In short: We prioritize quality, transparency, and responsibility over labels.
